Deserts for the appearance of Prague 10 have mainly all of its inhabitants and visitors. By timely notification of determined defect it is possible to prevent larger problems in the future and sometimes also injuries (e.g., by announcing a broken playing element in the playground). This is why Municipal District offers another service for communication with the inhabitants in ensuring maintenance of public areas. The determined defects from the fields of cleanliness, maintenance of verdure, parks, playgrounds, waste disposal, etc. may newly be sent by means of the service “MMS-suggestions”. By photographic apparatus or mobile telephone made snap of defective state may be sent to the address of electronic mail mms@praha10.cz  or to telephone number 736 499 364. The delivered contribution will be registered and in case it relates to the solved problems, also depicted in the list of announced defects. All suggestions will be verified by the workers of the Section of the Environment who will announce the way of solving the problem in the published commentary. 

The sent contributions should relate exclusively to the problems of cleanliness and maintenance of public areas. They are, e.g., polluted areas, illegal dumpings, damaged benches in the park, unkept verdure, destroyed playing elements at the playground, sites of collection containers of sorted or mixed waste, etc. For easier finding of reported defect it is necessary to provide the snap with a short description, including date and place of making (street, number of object, etc.).
