Territorial Development Section is established for ensuring the activity of territorial development and real estates policy. It is in direct competence of the Mayor of Municipal Municipal District Prague 10.

The Centre of Information about Development of Prague 10 (SiR) is the source of information for the public in the field of development and, at the same time, is the contact point for obtaining suggestions from the inhabitants. Available there is the current information about prepared plans, basic data and drawings of the Zoning Plan of the Capital of Prague, information about price map, exhibitions of most important plans are presented there. Public access and access free of charge is made possible there to selected web pages. More about SiR.

The project Jointly we change Prague 10 is oriented at communication with the inhabitants who want to participate actively in the arrangements of the appearance of public areas in Prague 10.
