This place of work of the Centre of Social and Nursing Services provides two basic stay services – the Day Care House and the Home for Seniors.

Day Care House is a house with special specification and small flat units where the occupants have their equipment. The flats are intended for seniors older than 65 or younger, but permanently invalid (available are several barrier-less flats). In Zvonková Street No. 6 in Zahradní Město available are 42 flats. The task is by ensuring systematic day care to enable calm life for the citizens in need in own household and exclude, or at least postpone the need of their institutional provision. The day care house is a house with regulated rental.

House for Seniors Zvonková 6 provides stay services in continuous operation for transitory period of 6 months. The Clients are accepted on the basis of a contract and for payment. They are persons with decreased self-supporting character due to age, chronic disease or health handicap and who are otherwise taken care of in their natural social environment. Available are 20 beds. Complex care is directed at activation of the Client and his return to the home environment.

Criteria for allocation of flat in day care services house - Basic requirements approved by resolution of Municipal District Council Prague 10 No. 396 of May 14, 2008

• permanent residence in the territory of Municipal District Prague 10
• age 65 or younger with full disability pension not requiring all-day care
• introduced day care service minimum within the extent of 3 acts
• awarded contribution for care of degree 1 – 2
• according to registration and in fact the only one living in the flat
• the applicant lives in common household and the inmates demonstrably cannot take care of him (due to serious personal, social or health reasons)
• the Client must be partially self-supporting, able to move in the flat
• health condition excluding provision of stay social services according to Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., by which some provisions of the law on social services are implemented.
