It helps the seniors in the cases when they fall down and cannot get up by themselves, cannot call for the doctor, cannot remember telephone contact to the doctor, the Police, emergency service or fire brigade and in case of endangering of the life of health.

The condition for introduction are fixed telephone line, deposition of reserve keys from the house and flat to the dispatching and place of residence in the territory of Prague 10.

The Client has with him the control of the size of a matchbox with emergency button that after pressing enables connection from the flat with the dispatching of the Centre of Social and Nursing Assistance. The dispatching is attended for 24 hours by an operator who will first connect with the Client by phone. In case the Client does not answer, he organizes immediate help.
