Way of examination of the patient on the visit of emergency is basic one depending on his difficulties. It is basic examination completed by measuring blood pressure, body temperature or glycaemia – quantity of sugar in the blood – or orientation determination of blood or protein in urine.

Intervention of emergency doctor for the patient in the field – is performed always after clear talk of the family or the patient with the nurse or the doctor depending on the number of patients waiting for acute treatment in the waiting room of the First Aid Medical Service. First Aid Medical Service also performs visit services in the patient's flat. The visit may be performed in case of immobile or older patients in case of acute deterioration of their health condition. Nevertheless, more suitable for treatment is the First Aid Medical Service consulting room where the equipment and background of the First Aid Medical Service are available that may not be made use of in case of visit service.
