The Territorial Development Commission (KÚR) discusses conceptions and plans having an influence on the development, appearance and functioning of the Municipal District, with special account taken of the use of the territory, built-up area and character of the territory, public areas and surfaces, verdure and traffic systems.

It deals with the suggestions and questions of the citizens that are directed at the Members of Municipal District Board Prague 10 and relate to the competence of the Commission. It gives an opinion on the budget of the Municipal District.
