The Commission of Property and Non-residential Premises (KMN) assesses tender offers for lease of non-residential premises, determines the order of applicants according to the valid criteria of the “Principles of Non-residential Premises Management” and submits its opinions to the Council. It discusses and assesses applications for lease of non-residential premises outside tender offers.

The Commission of Property and Non-residential Premises proposes its opinions on non-residential premises management to the Council for approval, e.g., changes of tenants, changes of legal subjectivity, adjustments of rental, deductions of rental, notices of termination of lease (with the exception of notices of termination due to non-payment of the rental), etc.

The Commission of Property and Non-residential Premises fulfils the tasks ensuing from the “Principles of Non-residential Premises Management”. The Commission of Property and Non-residential Premises discusses and submits to the Council the proposal of changes of the “Principles of Non-residential Premises Management”. The Commission of Property and Non-residential Premises assesses misappropriation and acquisition of property of Municipal District Prague 10.
