Municipal District Prague 10 is administered in the election period 2006 – 2010 by the Board of Municipal District Prague 10 of 36 Members that originated in the elections held in October, 2006. The representation of the individual election parties in the Board is as follows: ODS (the Civic Democratic Party) 23 Members, ČSSD (the Czech Social Democratic Party) 6 Members, SZ (the Green Party) 4 Members, KSČM (the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia) 3 Members.
What are the Rules of the Session of Municipal District Board of Prague 10?
The session of the Board is summoned by the Mayor of Municipal District in the planned terms, however, minimum once in 3 months. The sessions are public and follow, at the one hand, the approved Rules of Procedure of the Board of Municipal District Prague 10 and, at the other hand, by the approved agenda the proposal of which you will find, at the latest, 7 days before the session of the Board taking place on the official notice board and electronic official board of the authority. Active speech of the citizens at the session of the Board is possible subject to meeting legal conditions.
The Board is having a quorum if the absolute majority of all of its Members are present. The consent of the absolute majority of all of its Members is also necessary for the adoption of a valid resolution, decision or election.
