In case of one-way local roads in justified cases the passage in both directions may be made possible for bicyclists. This solution may be used in well-arranged sections only. In identical direction with motor traffic the bicyclists are led together with it, the traffic lane for bicyclists in the opposite direction is located at the left side of the traffic lane. Inevitable accessory of that solution are the relevant vertical and horizontal traffic signs. The width arrangement is the same as in standard cases. Further, the following conditions must be observed:

 

• safety distance between the traffic line and the opposite-direction lane for bicyclists is 0.50 m
• In case of the traffic lane width between the curbs of less than 4.50 m leading of bicyclists is not permitted (that width does not include the possible parking lane or strip)
• in justified cases (narrow conditions, reconstruction) with permitted speed of less than 50 km/hr the width between the curbs may be decreased to 5.0 m, safety distance between the traffic lane and the lane for bicyclists is decreased to 0.25 m and safety distance from the curb is cancelled.

At the places of contact with bus stops located directly in the traffic lane the traffic lane is interrupted at the place of the stop or is transferred to the adjacent traffic space. Along stops in bay the cycling lane runs continuously.
