Further Education of Pedagogical Workers of Basic Schools in Prague 10
The main objective of the project is an improvement of the quality of education and professional preparation of head pedagogical workers of thirteen basic schools in the territory of Municipal District Prague 10. The need of the project ensues from the increasing demands on the directors of those schools, their pedagogical and psycho-social knowledge and skill.
The project plans the use of latest procedures and methods of education. The form and ways of education are designed with stress laid on practical and beneficial aspects.
The project plans education in the following fields (modules): Effective Communication, Prevention of Socially Pathological Phenomena, Multicultural Education, Prevention and Solving of Crisis Situations, Prevention of Burning out, Work with Children with Specific Defects of Learning and Behaviour, Professional Consultancy and Educational Trends in EU.
The project lasts 30 months. In its course all day intensive courses and experience workshops will be accomplished.
Overall budget of the project is ca CZK 5 000 000.-.

Linking-up project Integration II. – Chance to Work
The objective of the project is an increase of accessibility of employment for disadvantaged persons and increase of their participation in the labour market. Within the framework of the project the possibility will be provided to the target groups to increase qualification in the field of common skills that will enable an easier return for them and keeping up in the labour market. Municipal District Prague 10 has ca 110000 inhabitants and is the second largest Prague Municipal District.
The necessity of the project was documented by sociological research accomplished before already, “Inquiry among Persons with serious Health Handicap and Persons taking care of them in the territory of Municipal District Prague 10”. On the basis of the performed inquiry, in 2005 – 2007 already a programme was accomplished successfully oriented at the integration of that target group to the labour market. It is the success achieved within the framework of the previous project that is the reason why to continue in the accomplishment of the plan. The experience from the accomplishment of the recently completed project is also the basis for determination of key activities that are the most marked benefit for inclusion of the target groups to the labour market.
The need of the project was also verified among the persons receiving parental allowance by the town hall of Municipal District Prague 10 by inquiry in the target group. It ensues from its results that also in that target group there is lively interest in the possibility to participate, especially, in educational programmes connected with the possibility of children day care during the courses taking place.
The activities of the project are formed, especially, by the accomplishment of educational courses – languages, PC skill, economics and administration. A part of the activities is also short-term children day care for the parents who will participate in the courses. One of the activities is also a minor building arrangement of the premises for lessons. Partial activity is provision of assistance services for the citizens with serious health handicap within the framework of which transport will be ensured for them free of charge to the educational activities and to work.
The project follows up with the previous project with similar subjects that was oriented primarily at the citizens with health and body handicaps and persons taking care of them, while in the new project the target group is extended significantly by the parents on parental leave.
The proposed activities of the project ensue from the determined actual needs of the target groups. The project reacts to the following determined needs:
By the accomplishment of the project the position will improve of the members of disadvantaged target groups at the labour market and the possibility will increase of their inclusion to the labour market.

E-learning Education for Entrepreneurs
(submitted by Hospodáři Praha, Municipal District Prague 10 is the partner of the project)
The main objective of the project is to contribute to the development of entrepreneurial environment in Prague by means of a quality educational programme that will be developed within the framework of improvement of the current educational system of the applicant. The current system of the applicant is based on real needs of the target group in the territory of the Capital of Prague. In ensues from objective research and from experience that was gained within the framework of the already performed educational and information programme of the applicant.
The project is oriented at the target group of self-employed persons (OSVČ) and employees of micro-enterprises. The need of the project ensues from direct determination of demand of the target group for further education. A part of that determination was an inquiry that was performed in cooperation with Municipal District Prague 10 at the end of 2007. The project plans the use of the latest combined procedures and methods of education. The content and form are designed with stress laid on the practical nature and high utility value for the target group.
The orientation of educational modules ensues both from the information obtained in inquiries, and from recommendations of professional lecturers that the applicant addressed and experience of the applicant. The project plans the following modules:
Z – Basic Programme
It will provide an outline of legal forms of enterprise in the Czech Republic and the description of the legislative, tax and accounting frameworks of small and medium enterprise
A – Technical Competences and Skills
It will explain the rules of financial management of the enterprise, risk management, principles of creation of entrepreneurial plan and marketing
B – Tactical Competences and Skills
It will help with an analysis of own entrepreneurial potential, selection of employees and co-workers and talks with business partners
C – E-enterprise
It will outline the use of ITC technologies, E-business and E-marketing
D – Human Resources Management
It will provide an outline of the rights and duties in employing the citizens with health disadvantage and foreigners, methods of motivation of employees and duties of the employer in the field of staff management content.
The output of the project will be a new, combined educational system, new methodologies and developed educational modules based on them, all designed with respect to the special needs of the target group, quality, e-learning modules accessible for all after simple registration, consultations of professional lecturers accessible both through modern technologies (e-mail, VOIP, telephone, sharing of documents) and in the form of personal meetings and day courses.
The project will be accomplished for the period of 30 months.
