Decrease of Energy Demands in the Object of Nursery School in the Street Nedvězská in Prague 10

The project solves complex decrease of energy demands in the object of the nursery school in the Street Nedvězská c.p. 2224/27, Prague 10 that is in the ownership of the Capital of Prague and is entrusted to the management of Municipal District Prague 10. Energy audit recommended the performance of building adjustments for decrease of thermal losses and for saving consumption of energies. At present, the object of the nursery school Nedvězská has all jacket structures and fillings of openings of the materials that have very bad thermal insulation properties and so has considerable thermal losses. The project plans complex solution of energy savings of the object.

The objective of the project is complex decrease of energy demands of the object of the nursery school in the Street Nedvězská. The project proposes thermal insulation of all circumferential structures, thermal insulation of the roof, replacement of the existing fillings of openings with new plastic ones with insulation double-glass, closing the opened loggia by new fillings.

The supposed date of beginning of accomplishment of the project is July, 2008.

The whole budget of the project is ca CZK 19 500 000.-. The grant from OP ŽP is specific, acknowledgeable costs of the project are ca CZK 11 500 000.-. The remaining amount of ca CZK 8,000,000.- is paid by Municipal District Prague 10.
