The main objective of the project is the support of the participation of persons from disadvantaged groups in the labour market.

The basic content of the project is the creation of a complex educational programme combining day educational activities with the education through e-learning modules and its subsequent use for the needs of education of the target group.

The project will develop the abilities of the participants, motivate them for active seeking for work and for increase of qualification. It will help the target group in the achievement of the knowledge necessary for finding places in the labour market, self-understanding, improvement of communication skills, increase of self-conscience, ability of asserting and coping with stress. A part of the project is also practical information contributing for better orientation in the labour market, at the authorities and in legislation.

The target group are the disadvantaged citizens, the unemployed and the persons endangered by unemployment.

They are the persons:

• unemployed in the long- and short-term;
• nationality minorities;
• older than 50 years;
• the citizens after returning from execution of sentence;
• health disadvantaged persons.

There is no similar project in Prague 10 yet that solves education and activation of disadvantaged persons in complex by means of combination of day and e-learning courses. The interest of the target group was verified by questionnaires.

The project plans the creation of material content of educational courses, they are 6 groups of themes:

• Basics of work with computer
• The Internet and e-mail
• Civil-law Competences
• Labour-law Minimum
• Communication and Presentation Skills
• Psychological – social Skills.

All these courses will be taught, in parallel, in the form of day workshops and in the e-learning form. In parallel, personal consultations will be offered of the participants with lecturers. Depending on the type of the group of participants the individual day courses will be adjusted specifically and adapted so that they might meet the particular needs the most. Feedback will be obtained from the participants in the courses by means of evaluation questionnaires and interviews. The output of the project will be an educational and activation programme and ca 300 trained participants of the project. The created educational programme will be transferable also to other localities and some of its outputs e-learning modules) will be maintained and used also after the end of the project.

The total budget of the project is ca CZK 7 000 000.

No financial co-participation is required.
