Authority Friendly to Entrepreneurs

In 2007 the Trade Licensing Section prepared the project called: “Authority Friendly to Entrepreneurs”. The point is an improvement of the environment in which entrepreneurs are dealt with and provision of further services to entrepreneurs. It relates, especially, to the introduction of the calling system that enables order system via Internet and by means of SMS, further, the establishment of air-condition, building of WC for the public and establishment of the so-called information kiosks.

The project is supported by a questionnaire event of ca three months that was carried out at the Trade Licensing Section and ended at the end of September, 2007. In the conclusion it is possible to summarize from the filled in questionnaires of satisfaction with the environment and services provided by the Trade Licensing Section of the Authority of Municipal District Prague 10 that the entrepreneurs are dissatisfied with the current look of the interior of the Trade Licensing Section and its equipment. In the marked answers the wishes dominate clearly for the introduction of the calling system, building of toilets for the public and installation of air-conditioning. Desirable is also overall reconstruction and new equipment of the corridor and office premises and location of drink machines, especially, coffee and cooled drinks machines.

It also ensues from the questionnaires that in case of the accomplishment of the whole project and proposed arrangements it is desirable to preserve the current personal approach from the part of the employees of the Trade Licensing Section to the Clients. The whole of 44% entrepreneurs clearly prefer the possibility of booking the term of visit in advance via Internet. The extent of provided services and information should also be extended by the installation of the so-called information kiosk with the possibility of looking into the Trade and Companies´ Registers, into the system of ASPI legal regulations, with preselections to strategic authorities, etc.

The project falls under Priority Axis 3 – Innovations and Enterprise, the field of support 3.2 – Support of Favourable Entrepreneurial Environment.

The total budget of the project is ca CZK 14 000 000.-; financial co-participation (10%) Municipal District Prague 10.
Period of accomplishment of the project February 1, 2009 – November 30, 2009.
