Territorial Development Section creates, first of all, background materials for self-administration in independent competence for territorial development and real-estates policy of Municipal District Prague 10.

Further then:

• Elaborates and makes background materials for territorial development of Municipal District.
• Proposes conception of development.
• Coordinates and professionally assesses the activities having an influence on the functioning, appearance, permeability of the territory and traffic systems.
• Performs, or makes or coordinates analytical and documentary activity in territorial development.
• Elaborates, proposes, or makes background materials for strategic documents in the field of territorial development.
• Provides consultations for the public and investors for making use of the territory.
• Ensures geodetic activity connected with real-estate property of the Capital of Prague entrusted to the administration of Municipal District.
• For the needs of Municipal District ensures the agenda connected with discharging restitution claims.
• Makes background materials for territorial planning and cooperates in procuring documentations for territorial planning.
• Manages and ensures the activity of the Centre of Information about the development of Prague 10.
