Basic Information

• The rate of the charge is provided for in Annex No. 2 to the generally binding Decree of the Capital of Prague No. 2/2005 by which the charge for municipal waste is provided for and the total amount of the charge depends on the number, volume and frequency of brought collection containers (see the table).
• The payer of the charge is the owner (community of owners of units) of the real estate where municipal waste originates. The payer is each physical person during whose activity municipal waste originates.
• The management of the charge in the territory of Municipal District Prague 10 is exercised by the company AVE CZ odpadové hospodářství s. r. o. Contact to trade department: 296 33 99 17 – 19
