Characteristics of activity of the Section:

The Section ensures the execution of state administration in the field of waste management, protection of the nature and landscape, protection of the atmosphere, agricultural land fund, protection of animals against torture, issues shooting licences and fishing permits.

Further, within self-administration competence the Section ensures maintenance of public verdure entrusted to Municipal District Prague 10, management of playgrounds in the areas of municipal verdure, cleaning of pavements, removal of illegal dumpings, coordination of the system of municipal waste disposal in the territory of Municipal District and ecological education.
