The office of the Secretary is a service section that ensures administrative and organizational support for the Secretary of the Authority in the fulfilment of the tasks entrusted to him, especially, by the law on the Capital of Prague. The office of the Secretary prepares and issues internal regulations and other measures connected with the management and organization of work, accomplishes the staff policy of the Authority and fulfils tasks in the field of protection of secret information and security qualification, crisis planning, economic measure for crisis conditions, protection of the population and safety of labour, fire protection (for the Authority of Municipal District only).
