Property-law Section of the Authority of Municipal District Prague 10 is established by Municipal District Council Prague 10 for the exercise of independent competence in the fields of methodological, consultation and advisory legal activity, for the exercise of independent competence in the field of administration, management and disposal of municipal property.

Entrusted to the Section is the exercise of the rights of ownership to the property of the Capital of Prague entrusted to the management of Municipal District Prague 10. The Section performs the function of Property Manager. It ensures the operational and economic parts of management of entrusted property through administrative firms and lessees of thermal sources in compliance with mandate contracts and contracts of lease. The Section prepares, or accomplishes the approved property-law acts. In cooperation with OKO it registers and discharges complaints and suggestions that relate to the competence of OMP Section.
