Building Section ensures the exercise of state administration as the competent building authority within the extent provided for by the law, ensures the exercise of state administration in the field of town planning and building regulations for Municipal District Prague 10 in cadastral territories Malešice, Vršovice and a part of other cadastral territories - Strašnice, Záběhlice, Michle, Vinohrady. Especially:

• conducts territorial procedure and issues decisions about location of constructions,
• permits building activity, issues building permits (including consent with use of constructions),
• performs control inspections of constructions,
• keeps file of documentation (text, drawing) of constructions,
• performs control activity within the field of its competence,
• makes decisions about appeals of parties of administrative procedure within the framework of self-remedy in case of decisions issued by the Section.
