Electronic filing room was established on the basis of regulation of the government No. 304/2001 by which law No. 227/2000 Coll., is implemented, on electronic signature. The filing will be handed over for discharging to the relevant section. The answer will be delivered to e-mail address from which the message was sent (unless you specify otherwise).

Enclosures with other suffixes than specified in the table will be deleted without opening. The electronic filing room will not react to messages that include publicity materials and price offers.

Electronic filings on technical data carriers (floppy disc 3,5", CD-ROM) may be filed directly to the main filing room of the authority (Vršovická 68, Prague 10). On determination of occurrence of harmful or self-activating files they will immediately be deleted by antiviral programme.
