The places of work of Czech Point (Český Podací Ověřovací Informační Národní Terminál – Czech Filing Certification Information national Terminal) is a project that is to reduce the excessive bureaucracy in the relation citizen – public administration. The system provides the citizens with certified extracts from central state records and registers at one point and practically when one waits, without the citizen having to visit several different state administration authorities. At present it is possible to gain there certified extracts from four central registers: from the Real Estates Cadastre, from the Companies' Register, from the Trade Register and from the Crime Register.
PROCEDURE ON ISSUE OF CERTIFIED EXTRACT
Before you go to the place of work of Czech POINT, you must know the basic data about the subject to which you want to gain the certified output. That service is not intended for looking into the registers, but only for the issue of certified output from the relevant register. That certified output of the register becomes a public document and the applicant bears legal responsibility (e.g., in relation to the law on protection of personal data) for the data obtained in this way.
